Refactorings

Custom data group

defaultValueAllowed property removed from CustomDataGroup. Delete property after update, model inconsistencies error is displayed. Default value at config / data is now allowed for all data groups.

B&R generated folder

• delete Logical/Base before generate B&R PLC first time after update, to remove some deprecated templates for file handler, remanent handler.

B&R VC text import

The VC texts are newly generated in a separate buildconfig. If they are needed, the buildconfig UPbuild__BR_VCTexts must be added to the target folder.

LocalTaskVariable

The deprecated LocalTaskVariable are no longer supported. If they are used, use the refactoring "UP: LocalTaskVariables" to move the LocalTaskVariables to the interfaceLocal.
