Refactorings

UPact: Logical operator for expressions in test actions

You can now define the logical operator for expressions, choosing either OR or AND. There is a refactoring to carry out the conversion:

Generating a B&R hardware configuration is no longer supported. It is now only possible to declare an existing B&R configuration in the hardware configuration. If this is available in the project, a configuration must be created manually in Automation Studio.
