User configuration

User with role is configurable at UP project configuration.

Valid login required for all activity with Service Ui, except state animation service. Authentication and Authorization ensured at all REST endpoints and WebSocket Services at UPconnect (Backend), required if Service Ui used as Cloud Web Service.
